Self Pick-Up Service
All our trailers are picked up and returned via a hassle-free
self pick-up service.
After booking your trailer hire, you will recieve an email titled "Pick Up Instructions"
If you have not received this
1hr prior
to your hire start, please contact us on 0480375450.
This email contains your:
- Pick up and return times
- Hired trailers registration
- Unique unlock code*
- Safety & user guides
(*Your code will only work during your hire period.)
On the right-hand side of each of our trailers you will find a a black lockbox.
Simply enter your unique code into the lock box then press the unlock icon.
Once the box is open, use the key inside to unlock the trailer lock.
Secure the lock to the grey cylinder which is attached to the front cage of the trailer, or inside the red toolbox
for enclosed and car trailers.
Store the key back in the lockbox.
All of our trailers have a 7-pin flat connector plug, adaptors for 7-pin round can be found on the trailer.
On return, please lock the trailer with the lock and make sure the key is back in the lock box.
