1 Verify ID once

After your first booking, verify your driver licence using the secure link sent to you. Once verified, you won’t need to do it again.

2 Get your pickup information

  • You’ll receive your Trailer Number, Access Code, and Pickup Address.
  • Your confirmation will show hire dates and times.
  • Keep this email handy — you’ll use it for both pickup and return.

3 Arrive & unlock your trailer

  • Go to your chosen location and find your assigned trailer number.
  • Locate the key box — usually on the passenger side (some car trailers: under the winch).
  • See how to find your key box.
  • Enter your access code, retrieve the key, and unlock the trailer.

4 Connect & complete pre-hire checks

  • Connect trailer to your vehicle and secure the hitch, chains, and check lights.
  • Complete your Hire Condition Report before towing.
  • Check indicators, brake lights, tyres, and ensure the jockey wheel is raised and stowed.

5 Return your trailer

  • Ensure the trailer is clean and tidy — no rubbish or personal items.
  • Lock the trailer and return the key to the key box using the same code.
  • Open your email or booking & click “Return Booking”.
  • Upload the requested photos and complete the short form to confirm return.
  • If you don’t complete it, you’ll keep receiving reminder emails until we confirm trailer is returned or an extension requested.
